Hello from sunny Tauranga and Mt Maunganui... well, it is sunny today but we’ve had two days of pouring, miserable rain and it was chilly.

Still catching up with friends here with coffees, lunches, dinners and an afternoon cuppa that turned into a drink before dinner which turned into dinner. No, we didn’t outstay our welcome ... or maybe they were being polite. Lovely to see everyone again. It feels like we’ve never been away! I’m so glad I’ve got my Facebook blogs to look back on and remember.

It’s back to Auckland for us on Friday morning.

This allotment reminded me of London

These are just some of the many black swans feeding in the early morning.
